These terms apply to your use of the Merge Crate app (“the app”), made by Diviners Group Pvt Ltd (“we”). By using the app you agree to them. If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies, and it prevails where the two conflict.
1. Using the app
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. Please do not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell the app, or use it in a way that breaks the law.
2. Free play and ads
The app is free to play. It shows ads: short rewarded videos you can choose to watch for a continue, a power-up, a theme trial or a bonus, and an occasional full-screen ad between runs. Ads are provided by Google AdMob and Unity LevelPlay. Our privacy policy explains how that works.
Points, levels, stars, power-ups and themes exist only inside the game. They have no money value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
3. Remove ads plans
- Remove ads is an optional subscription, monthly or yearly. While it is active the app shows no ads, and rewards that would need an ad open straight away.
- Payment is taken by Google Play or the Apple App Store from your store account, at the price shown in the app before you buy.
- A plan renews automatically for the same period and price until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, in your Google Play or Apple ID subscriptions. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds follow the store's refund policy.
- After reinstalling or changing phones, open Remove ads and choose Restore purchase while signed in to the same store account.
- A plan removes ads only. It does not change scores, levels or the rules of the game.
4. Leaderboard
The app adds you to a public leaderboard under a made-up name, which you can change, and you can leave at any time in Settings. Keep your name clean: no offensive words, no personal details, and no pretending to be someone else. We may rename or remove an entry that breaks this rule, and remove scores that were not earned by playing the game as it is built.
5. Your progress
Game progress is stored only on your device. We cannot recover it if you uninstall the app or lose your device.
6. Changes and availability
We may update, change or remove features, and may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. We try to keep the app and its leaderboard running smoothly but cannot promise they will always be available or free of errors.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the app. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you use the app as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
